A) Upload & activate the module - top

1. First you go to setting : Omni - Sales -> Setting
   
Includes 4 tabs:Sync orders, Sync inventory, Notification recipient, Automatic synchronization
1. Sync orders: Used to set the time to synchronize orders from the store down
2. Sync inventory: Used to set the time to synchronize products from stock

3. Notification recipient: When synchronizing data will send a notice of the selected personnel

4. Automatic synchronization:Setting Automatic synchronization


2. Second, import product. Includer 3 sales channel: Pos, Portal, Woocommerce

Add product to POS and PORTAL: Click "Setting Product" -> Add
Select product groups below will display the products in the group.
- Enter the product code to search faster.
- You can click Select all/ Delete all in label.

Add product to WOOCOMMERCE: Click "Setting Channel" -> Add
Similar to adding products to POS and Portal: You click icon"->" in list -> Add. However, to synchronize products to the store, you need to click the button "SYNC PRODUCT TO STORE"

To synchronize all data click the icon

To synchronize all decriptions click the icon

To synchronize all images click the icon

View detail: Click icon


Edit price product: Click icon


Delete product: Click icon



+ To view the products on the POS Channel and PORTAL you choose "GO TO PAGE"


1. POS
Click "+" add new customer

Click "+" add new salesman

Click "+" add new cart

2. PORTAL


+ To view the products on the WOOCOMMERCE: Click URL of store




3. Third, You will create new discount. There are 2 types of discount codes: Product discount codes or discount codes on the whole invoice
   
1. Product discount: Travel Discount -> Promotion
Create new discount: Click "ADD"
- You can select specific customers or items when check "Select Client/ Select Item".
- Choose discount by product or by total amount.
- Choose discount in chanell: Pos, Portal, Woocommerce.

2. Voucher: Travel Discount -> Voucher
Create new voucher: Click "ADD"
- Voucher: Discount code for you to enter at checkout.
- You can select specific customers or items when check "Select Client/ Select Item".
- Choose discount by product or by total amount.

Edit discount/ Voucher: Click icon


Delete discount/ Voucher: Click icon


4. A list of constants on all channels is displayed on the order list

You can filter by:
- Filter by Channel:

- Filter by Invoice:

- Filter by Customer:

- Filter by Status:

Click the invoice code on the column to see invoice details.

View detail: Click icon


Delete product: Click icon


5. All lists of synchronization logs are saved in DIARY SYNC
Imcluder 3 tab: Product, Orders, Inventory manage
1. Product: Synchronous information about products from Woocommerce channel.

2. Order: Synchronous information about orders from Woocommerce channel

3. Inventory: Synchronous information about inventory from Woocommerce channel


6. All Sales Reports are in REPORT
1. Trade discount application history:Report on the list of products that apply discount codes for each product.

2. Sales statistics by week: StStatistics of orders by product on each sales channel in each week.
- Filter by Channel
- Filter by Group
- Filter by Product

3. Sales statistics by mounth: Statistics of orders by product on each sales channel in each mounth.
- Filter by Year.
- Filter by Channel
- Filter by Group
- Filter by Product

4. Sales statistics by year: Statistics of orders by product on each sales channel in each year.
- Filter by Year.
- Filter by Channel
- Filter by Group
- Filter by Product

5. Sales statistics by stage: Statistics of orders by product on each sales channel in each stage.
- Filter by From date - To date.
- Filter by Channel
- Filter by Group
- Filter by Product
